What you will do

• Serve as the initial telephone contact for patients, caregivers, physicians, families, and community members.
• Conduct professional nursing assessments in a high-volume call center and prioritize treatment based on urgency.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, screenings, and access to clinical and supportive care services.
• Assist non-clinical staff with clinical questions and collaborate with multidisciplinary departments.
• Work with physician offices and facilities to identify at-risk patients and facilitate appropriate screening.
• Complete inbound and outbound call projects and maintain accurate demographic and payer information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Pennsylvania RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• At least one year of nursing experience in the relevant specialty.
• CPR certification and required Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 criminal and child-abuse clearances.
• Compliance with HIPAA, information-security requirements, applicable laws, and company policies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience in an emergency room or ICU, adult medicine or surgery, call center, or telehealth setting.
• Certification in the relevant area of expertise.
