Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative (Pharmacy Operations)

Location: United States Work at Home; occasional travel for meetings in hospitals or other office settings may be required.

Salary: $21–$31 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Serve as the first-line contact for clients, pharmacists, and TSS staff with PowerGridRx connectivity, workflow, and support issues.
• Triage questions and technical problems, create Zendesk tickets, and follow issues through to resolution or escalation.
• Manage day-to-day shift assignments and support pharmacist coverage during contractual shift hours.
• Monitor PipelineRx queues, post orders to the appropriate pharmacist, and help reduce turnaround times.
• Support TSS and pharmacist training on intervention documentation, intervention notes, and parked-order notes.
• Coordinate emergency coverage and maintain accurate nightly reports of shift activities and interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current national certification and state license required.
• At least one year of experience as an institutional pharmacy technician.
• Strong IT troubleshooting experience, including use of ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as Google Drive, internet, and email tools.
• Ability to work independently, switch between responsibilities, provide exceptional customer service, and assist during emergencies.
