Bi-lingual Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (Remote Work from Home)

Location: Remote within the United States; Tampa, FL listed as the job location. Available shifts operate during EST business hours.

Salary: $18.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program.
• Provide support by telephone, email, fax, and other available channels.
• Handle card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and submission rejection troubleshooting.
• Assess customer issues and provide first-level resolution.
• Document resolutions and promptly escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician experience.
• HIPAA certification.
• Call center experience; three or more years is preferred.
• English and Spanish bilingual proficiency required.
• Must reside in the United States, the same country where the job is located.

• Experience processing medical claims.
