Work from Home - Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (9a-6p ET) - National

Location: Remote within the United States; national role based in Oklahoma City, OK, with Eastern Time business-hour shifts.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using Opus Health programs.
• Handle requests involving card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and submission rejection troubleshooting.
• Provide first-level support through telephone, email, fax, and other support channels.
• Assess issues, document resolutions, and promptly escalate unresolved requests.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.
• Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision across available Eastern Time shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience.
• HIPAA certification.
• Call center experience; 3 or more years is preferred.
• Ability to work a 40-hour schedule during an available Eastern Time shift.

Nice to have

• Experience processing medical claims.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
