Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Rep (Remote Work from Home)

Location: Remote work from home, Tampa, FL; shifts follow EST/ET business hours.

Salary: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program.
• Provide initial support through telephone, email, fax, and other available channels.
• Handle card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and submission rejection troubleshooting.
• Assess user issues and provide first-level problem resolution.
• Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician experience.
• HIPAA certification.
• Call center experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during assigned EST/ET shifts.

Nice to have

• Medical claims processing experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
