Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative (Healthcare)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; shifts operate during Eastern Time business hours, including 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. ET.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program.
• Provide support by telephone, email, fax, and other available channels.
• Handle card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and submission rejection troubleshooting.
• Assess issues and provide first-level resolution under moderate supervision.
• Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Call center experience required; three or more years preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week on an assigned Eastern Time shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with medical claim processing.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability.
