Work from Home - Pharmacy Tech Support/Call Center Rep (11a-8p ET) - National (Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; National role; Eastern Time shifts

Salary: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program.
• Provide support by telephone, email, fax, and other available channels.
• Handle card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and submission rejection troubleshooting.
• Assess customer issues and provide first-level problem resolution.
• Document resolutions and promptly escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician experience.
• HIPAA certification.
• Call center experience; three or more years is preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during an Eastern Time shift.

Nice to have

• Medical claims processing experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
