What you will do

• Support broker service activities, policy administration, claims and billing inquiries, and client deliverables.
• Process new business, renewals, Broker of Record letters, plan changes, policy updates, and endorsements.
• Maintain commission records, client databases, case documentation, and assigned workflows.
• Prepare financial analyses, market reviews, carrier renewal illustrations, and new business proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and stay current on insurance regulations, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Participate in structured training, mentorship, team meetings, networking, and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business technology applications.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear communication, collaboration, initiative, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
