What you will do

• Research financial, economic, societal, and technological trends affecting insurance markets.
• Contribute to industry forecasts, market overviews, articles, and strategic studies.
• Develop analytical tools and information resources supporting insurance research.
• Prepare and review publications and presentations, including editing, formatting, graphics, and data support.
• Represent hirify.global in client and prospect meetings and industry events, with potential speaking opportunities.
• Support consulting projects, business development, proposals, and collaboration with Asset Management and Investment and Risk Solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Actuarial Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–8 years of experience in insurance operations, actuarial work, consulting, strategic planning, business development, banking, or equity and credit research.
• Knowledge of insurance products, technology, distribution, customer service, and economic drivers.
• Knowledge of insurance marketing, information technology, analytical techniques, capital markets, valuation, strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Strong writing and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize financial information and communicate critical conclusions.
• Understanding of insurance statutory and GAAP financial statements, reporting principles, actuarial topics, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
