Business Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Implement new programs and monitor ongoing initiatives in partnership with Program Directors and stakeholders.
• Process, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, discrepancies, and profitability drivers.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports tailored to business requirements, including Power BI reporting.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
• Maintain process documentation, data integrity, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams and recommend continuous improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst; insurance industry experience is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline such as Business Analytics, Information Systems, or Finance.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, SQL, KQL, and process mapping tools such as Visio.
