Apprentice Business Analyst

Location: Remote within the US; less than 5% travel required

Salary: $52,300–$62,300 per year

What you will do

• Provide business and data analysis support across consulting projects and client workstreams.
• Coordinate materials, documents, status reports, project artifacts, written reports, and presentations.
• Document client meeting takeaways and action items, and respond to project-related inquiries.
• Support proprietary tools and technologies used by clients.
• Research industry trends and identify topics related to market opportunities.
• Coordinate, write, and review Requests for Proposals with business development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Analytical thinking, detail-oriented organization, interpersonal skills, and a consultative mindset.
• Ability to work with large datasets, conduct policy and legislative research, test hypotheses, and draw conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and ability to learn SaaS products, systems, and other technologies.
• Ability to build client relationships, communicate complex ideas, collaborate effectively, and adapt to feedback.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, Medicaid, technology, or public sector services.
• PMI certification.
• Master’s degree.
