Client Analyst

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $25 per hour, W-2 only

What you will do

• Provide operational and administrative support to advisor teams and clients within a centralized client service team.
• Coordinate new-client onboarding, maintain client data, and assist with contracting procedures.
• Schedule client meetings and manage communication between advisor teams and clients.
• Prepare, submit, and track investment account applications through the funding process.
• Coordinate tax-season activities, including tax data, client consents, tax returns, estimated payments, and e-filing.
• Collaborate with internal departments on client-account operations, special investments, private equity, and quality-control reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, think clearly under pressure, and work effectively in a team.
