General Manager

Location: Albuquerque, NM, United States; onsite facility-based role

What you will do

• Lead planning, organizing, staffing, execution, and control of facility operations.
• Recruit, train, develop, retain, and hold managers and staff accountable for performance.
• Manage office processes, outside yard jobs, sub-hauler relationships, logistics, and customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with county, state, EPA, OSHA, Department of Motor Vehicle, quality, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Manage the assigned profit and loss statement by identifying ways to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Communicate company goals and initiatives while supporting local or non-local CAT events as needed.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of management experience; military or other relevant experience is preferred.
• Track record of achieving operational excellence and executing corporate goals.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, critical-thinking, decision-making, listening, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage change, multitask, maintain urgency, and stay positive and motivated.
• Valid driver's license; travel may be required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
