What you will do

  • Oversee floor plan audits and vehicle or facility inspections, ensuring policies, procedures, tools, quality standards, SLAs, and regional targets are met.
  • Lead, train, coach, mentor, and manage FTE and 1099 inspectors, including performance management and contractor standards.
  • Recruit and hire contract and full-time inspectors within the assigned region.
  • Partner with Marketplace and Commercial Sales teams on inspection needs, growth forecasting, scheduling, and regional success.
  • Build customer relationships with dealers and sales teams to support growth and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Arbitration, Scheduling, and Quality Assurance teams to test new releases and improve inspection processes; work in the field 1–2 days per week and provide reserve inspection capacity.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience or education.
  • At least 2 years of automotive mechanical experience.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data for operational decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of technology and electronic inspection reporting.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to work with inspectors, contractors, customers, and cross-functional teams.
