What you will do

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, operational consistency, and execution of promotions and visual standards.
• Lead elevated customer experiences from the sales floor, reinforcing appointments, clienteling, follow-up, and relationship-based selling.
• Maintain inventory, compliance, security, and other operational standards.
• Coach, recognize, onboard, train, and develop store team members while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly within company guidelines and help deliver the Jared Brand Promise.

• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules.
• Typical schedule is five days and 40 hours per week.
