Home Infusion Nurse, Per Diem - CarepathRX - Kissimmee, FL (Infusion Therapy)

Location: Longwood, Florida, with home visits across the Kissimmee region

What you will do

• Administer IV infusion medications safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
• Assess patients, document treatments and progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate care and patient updates as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient outcomes.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions and travel between multiple patient visits each week.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license in Florida required.
• At least two years of registered nurse experience.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout a large geographic region.
• Availability for multiple weekly patient visits, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
