TL;DR
Registered Nurse (PRN) – Paragon Infusion Centers (Infusion Therapy): Administering ordered infusion therapies, assessing patients, documenting treatment responses, and educating patients and families with an accent on IV access, medication safety, and clinical protocols. Focus on evaluating therapy responses, managing ports and PICC and peripheral lines, and providing coverage across multiple clinic locations.
Location: Onsite in Greenwood Village, Colorado, with potential coverage at the Denver location; candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with day shifts 1–3 days per week as needed.
Salary: $38.92–$53.52 per hour in Colorado.

What you will do
- Administer ordered infusion and injectable therapies according to prescriber orders, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policies.
- Complete patient admissions and perform physical assessments as required.
- Document patient data, treatment responses, observations, and follow-up actions in medical records.
- Report significant patient changes and refer patients to the nurse practitioner for complete assessments when needed.
- Verify medication orders and educate patients and family members about therapy plans.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- ASN or ADN and at least 2 years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state; multistate licensure is required when providing services in multiple states.
- At least 2 years of IV experience.
- Experience with ports, PICC lines, and peripheral lines.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations for clinical coverage.
- Successful completion of a tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccination or signed waiver.
Nice to have
- Medication mixing experience.
- Titration experience.
- BSN.
