Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Primary Care Float Pool - Per Diem

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; practices are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

What you will do

• Deliver ambulatory primary care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Use the nursing process, clinical decision-making, and critical-thinking skills to provide competent care.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning, and communicate plans across colleagues, shifts, and care settings.
• Apply current evidence and relevant national and specialty standards to guide practice and identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote change that supports optimal patient outcomes and effective professional practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• ACLS certification preferred.
