Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Specialty Float Pool - Per Diem

Location: EMG Places of Service; practices are open Monday through Friday with variable start and end times.

What you will do

• Deliver ambulatory nursing care to patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Use the nursing process, clinical decision-making, and critical-thinking skills in daily practice.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Apply current evidence and relevant national and specialty standards to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it during employment.
• ACLS certification preferred.
