Employee Benefits Account Representative - Temporary

hirify.global is a large insurance brokerage and consulting firm serving employee benefits and risk management clients through a nationwide office network.

What you will do

• Support Account Managers with employee benefits service-calendar tasks and client retention activities.
• Prepare renewals, enrollment communications, plan-change materials, and other employee benefits documents.
• Coordinate routine client requests, including supplies, census data, and carrier information.
• Review, track, and process booklets, contracts, plan amendments, and other benefits materials for accuracy.
• Assist with client meeting preparation and provide general administrative support.
• Maintain accurate client, carrier, and plan information in agency management systems, ImageRight, and shared drives; respond to requests and follow up on outstanding items.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; a college degree or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Disability insurance license.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complete assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners, clients, and carriers, follow instructions, and apply feedback.

• Familiarity with BenefitPoint and ImageRight.
