Entertainment Insurance - Account Assistant (Insurance)

Location: In-office five days a week at the Austin, Texas office, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Communicate with clients by email, letter, and telephone.
• Collect and coordinate client and event information for entertainment and live-events insurance programs.
• Prepare accurate, timely, professional, and compliant presentations, reports, and client documents.
• Review client contracts, insurance requirements, and policy documentation.
• Maintain and update electronic client files.
• Respond to changing priorities and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience reviewing and proofreading contracts and transactional documents, preferably in insurance or mortgage brokerage, banking, a law firm, or financial services.
• Strong administrative, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to learn software systems quickly, manage deadlines, and respond promptly to communications.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; insurance industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.
