Senior Director - Organizational Effectiveness

What you will do

• Lead organizational design, role configuration, reporting structure, and operating model alignment initiatives.
• Assess work friction, workflow bottlenecks, accountability gaps, decision rights, and collaboration barriers.
• Advise leaders on organizational layers, spans of control, centralization, decentralization, and allocation of work.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning to address critical skill gaps through building, hiring, borrowing, or automation.
• Lead enterprise change management initiatives that improve agility, prioritization, collaboration, and employee autonomy.
• Establish metrics, diagnostics, governance, and continuous improvement practices to measure organizational effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, or HR business partnership roles.
• Advanced organizational development certification, such as Certified Organization Development Professional, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in workflow mapping, process analysis, organizational restructuring, and change management frameworks.
• Strong business acumen, data analysis, diagnostic assessment, consultative problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in energy, utilities, or other capital-intensive industries is preferred.
