HRBP Leader (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals, growth priorities, and capability plans.
• Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership capability, and decision-making.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce strategies for future growth.
• Coach leaders and managers and support leadership development, organizational change, and transformation.
• Promote accountability, engagement, employee experience, retention, and high-performance culture.
• Oversee a global HRBP team and coordinate integrated solutions with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting technical or engineering organizations in technology, semiconductor, or similar industries is preferred.
• Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams.
• Expertise in organizational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership coaching, workforce planning, and change management.
• Strong business acumen, influencing ability, analytical thinking, and talent management experience.
• Must be hired and located in San Jose, California, with in-person attendance.
