Director, HR Business Partner

Base salary: $89,900–$169,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives.
• Integrate organizational design, workforce planning, talent analytics, talent acquisition, performance management, succession, rewards, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive talent plans and change-management activities, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, risk mitigation, transition planning, and success measures.
• Coach and advise change leads, senior leaders, and managers on change leadership and organizational agility.
• Use data and analytics to guide talent discussions and influence business decisions.
• Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to implement enterprise initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of HR experience with knowledge of core HR functions.
• At least 3 years of change-management experience focused on the people side of change.
• Experience as an internal consultant, analyzing organizational issues and implementing solutions.
• Strong data analysis, project management, facilitation, collaboration, influencing, and service-orientation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and manage competing priorities.
