Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Consult with leaders across global functions to identify business needs and future organizational challenges.
• Assess root causes and provide data-informed insights and recommendations.
• Define organizational strategies and align leaders and teams around execution.
• Design and deliver solutions in organizational design, team effectiveness, culture, and process optimization.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops for senior line and matrix teams in live and virtual settings.
• Advise, influence, and coach senior leaders and HR partners through organizational change and effectiveness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience in internal or external consulting, organizational effectiveness, facilitation, instructional design, process design, and process optimization.
• Experience influencing and collaborating globally with leaders at all levels.
• Leadership experience across multiple aspects of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business performance during periods of change.
• Knowledge of how leaders develop others and build high-performing teams.
