ED Technician- ER- Full time Nights

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Onsite overnight shift, 36 hours per week, 7 p.m.–7 a.m., every other weekend.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision as part of the emergency department care team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, and basic clinical needs.
• Observe and report symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families and communicate concerns to the Emergency Department Lead Technician or ED leadership.
• Perform unit clerical duties, including filing, transcription, charting, reception, visitor guidance, and phone support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of Licensed Nursing Assistant experience.
• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant licensure required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment; CPI Foundation and CPI Advanced certification required within six months of hire.
• Phlebotomy certification required within one year of hire.

Nice to have

• Emergency Department experience.
• Phlebotomist experience.
