Center Operations Manager, MA

Location: Sebring, Florida, United States; full-time, onsite health center role with the ability to work at multiple locations as needed.

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day health center operations and clinical support staff.
• Maintain regulatory, procedural, licensing, privacy, and confidentiality standards, including AAAHC requirements.
• Manage supply and pharmacy inventory, ordering, operational workflows, and KPI reporting.
• Provide significant hands-on patient facilitation and clinical care.
• Manage staffing schedules, timecards, attendance, staff meetings, and personnel issues.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered or certified Medical Assistant qualification, or at least five years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Current clinical license as required by the applicable state or national authority.
• Current classroom-led American Heart Association BLS or CPR card.
• Experience with Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records, plus current experience with EKG, vital signs, venipuncture, capillary procedures, and injections.
• Current health records with Hepatitis B and PPD immunizations, and the physical ability to handle equipment and patients and remain seated or standing for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Three to five years of healthcare leadership experience, or at least two years of experience with hirify.global health center operations.
