Mgr Energy Acq Programs & Syst (Energy Acquisition)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Annual salary: $124,800–$171,600, plus a 20% annual bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do

• Oversee the development and implementation of Energy Acquisition programs, business processes, and systems.
• Manage the Programs and Systems team supporting daily operations, system changes, and long-term strategic planning.
• Lead Energy Acquisition projects, including scope, budgets, prioritization, execution, and program evaluation.
• Support power procurement in the PJM marketplace and administer electric and gas choice responsibilities.
• Manage vendors and consultants, define scopes of work, select providers, and monitor deliverables and performance.
• Coordinate with finance, regulatory, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners on cost recovery and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in engineering, technical, business-related, or energy-industry work, including at least 5 years of broad electric utility management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, supporting senior management, managing stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing performance.
• Knowledge of PJM market operations and settlement processes, utility regulatory requirements, and compliance processes.
• Experience with modeling, technology assessment, program analysis or evaluation, internal and external audits, and SOX controls.
• Strong leadership, management, coaching, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
