Senior Manager, Energy Program Management (Energy)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; in-person attendance required at the hirify.global office. Occasional travel to Games venues, stakeholder offices, government agencies, and other locations may be required.

Annual base salary: $105,000–$140,000.

hirify.global is an independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee responsible for delivering the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ project managers, including setting goals, providing feedback, monitoring progress, and supporting recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee the design, installation, and operation of electrical equipment and energy infrastructure across a group of Games venues.
• Develop construction schedules, track timelines, budgets, resources, risks, change orders, actions, decisions, and issues.
• Coordinate engineering, design, power delivery, construction, utility, contractor, vendor, and venue stakeholders.
• Own Energy program reporting, dashboards, success metrics, and assessments of cost and delivery impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning and operational readiness with Venue Infrastructure, Technology, Broadcast, and other functional areas.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in construction or energy project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Experience managing direct reports and delivering complex electrical projects through planning, design, and implementation.
• Strong experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable project management tools.
• Experience working with senior executives and diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Nice to have

• PMP, IPMA, or CEM certification.
