Location: United States locations including Portland, Oregon; Boise, Idaho; Seattle and Bellevue, Washington; Missoula, Billings, and Bozeman, Montana; and Spokane, Washington. The role may require travel and temporary commuting to a client site.
Compensation: $166,740–$238,200 in Seattle/Bellevue, WA, or $132,003–$188,575 in Spokane, WA.

What you will do
- Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with significant technical complexity and coordinate program execution across planning, engineering, construction, procurement, permitting, risk, scheduling, and financial functions.
- Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, community, and strategic aspects of power delivery programs.
- Develop program management, startup, and work plans, business processes, governance structures, and delivery tools.
- Direct and subconsultant program teams, secure resources, manage contract compliance, and establish QA/QC processes.
- Monitor financial performance, profitability, cost control, risks, issues, and implementation milestones.
- Build trusted client relationships, support new program pursuits, expand services, and mentor program staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of deputy program management experience, 5 years as a project or project controls manager, or 10 years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams on major capital programs.
- Experience delivering programs using alternative and collaborative methods such as design-build, progressive design-build, or CMAR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including presenting to client executives and large public audiences.
- Experience with PMIS, CMIS, scheduling, cost control, document management, risk management, asset management, and dashboard analytics.
- Willingness to travel and temporarily commute to a client site when required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional Engineering License, PMP, PgMP, CCM, or AICP certification.
- Experience with P3, DBFOM, EPC, and major transportation, water, or resources infrastructure programs.
- Experience working in a consultant-and-client Program Management Office.
