Pricing Analyst (Mid Level)

Location: On-site in Goleta, California, United States. Must be a US Citizen.

Salary: $70,000–$105,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Analyze proposal pricing opportunities identified across operational units.
• Collaborate with the Proposal Development Team to determine pricing strategies for selected bids.
• Develop cost and pricing models in Microsoft Excel for different contract types.
• Prepare cost and pricing volumes, supporting schedules, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word templates.
• Maintain electronic proposal-development records and support corporate pricing policies and procedures.
• Participate in price negotiations as required.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience performing similar duties in a government contracting environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, or the sciences.
• Experience with firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, and cost-plus pricing models.
• Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, and the federal government acquisition process.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• US citizenship required.
