Pricing Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $88,000–$96,000 per year if located in Illinois, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop rate proposals, alternative fee arrangements, fee estimates, matter budgets, and pricing options.
• Support pricing and financial components of RFPs and business development pitches.
• Assist with annual billing rate setting, benchmarking, and maintenance of standard hourly billing rates.
• Analyze historical matters and prepare reporting for firm, client, and matter management.
• Develop and improve financial templates and models for the pricing function.
• Organize pricing information, participate in training, and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a hybrid environment.
