Pricing Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze pricing proposals and alternative fee arrangements for new business and client retention.
• Create matter budgets, pricing models, and profitability analyses.
• Maintain pricing databases, rate cards, and related materials.
• Run and interpret reports from Aderant, Iridium, Clocktimizer, and other financial or pricing systems.
• Support data visualization, dashboards, presentations, annual rate setting, and billing-rate administration.
• Develop tools and processes to streamline manual workflows and collaborate with financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience, ideally in pricing, financial analysis, a law firm, or professional services.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with financial systems or tools such as Aderant, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, communication, multitasking, and client-service skills.
• Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and a genuine interest in the legal industry and law firm profitability.

Nice to have

• Experience configuring and leveraging AI tools.
• Experience with Aderant, Tableau, Power BI, Iridium, or Clocktimizer.
