What you will do

• Orchestrate strategic execution across a $50M–$100M multidisciplinary portfolio.
• Build systems and structures that evolve global program delivery standards.
• Manage actuals, burn, margins, and overall financial integrity across the portfolio.
• Drive AI integration, automation, and technology-enabled operational efficiency throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Bridge Creative, Tech, and Strategy by translating client challenges into scalable service offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Program Delivery team of 20+ experts while managing risk and project recovery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale portfolios within a digital agency, consultancy, or technology services company.
• Proven experience managing portfolios valued at $50M or more while protecting quality, efficiency, and financial health.
• Experience leading diverse teams of 20+ people and developing accountability and curiosity.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-level teams.
• Strong business acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and an innovation mindset focused on AI, automation, and commerce.
