VP, Program Management, Product and Data

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work

Salary: $230,000–$280,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution across multiple product development, data strategy, media, commercialization, and corporate development initiatives.
• Build roadmaps, timelines, governance frameworks, prioritization models, and risk mitigation plans across workstreams.
• Coordinate collaboration among Media, Product & Data, Engineering, Marketing Science, and client leadership.
• Facilitate senior-level communication, decision-making, and consensus across complex enterprise programs.
• Manage direct reports through coaching, performance feedback, quality standards, and career development.
• Develop program management processes, select collaboration tools, and lead internal team-building initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program and project management within an agency, ad tech, media consultancy, or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, ad technology, and media investment strategies.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives in complex corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, project planning, risk management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing and mentoring teams and working with senior leadership.
• Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools, including JIRA and Monday.com.
