What you will do

• Develop and maintain an AI opportunity backlog and roadmap for Risk Services.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, data availability, regulatory considerations, and organizational readiness.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, implementation planning, vendor commitments, timelines, and performance reviews.
• Translate business objectives into use cases, user stories, success metrics, and implementation plans for Data Science and Technology teams.
• Coordinate AI intake, review, approval, governance, compliance, security, auditability, and explainability activities.
• Build business cases, executive updates, performance reporting, and adoption initiatives while monitoring benefits realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading or supporting AI, machine learning, analytics, data science, or business transformation initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience with AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI, explainability, auditability, or technology governance in a regulated or financial services environment.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, data governance, privacy, security, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, payments, lending, or related operational environments.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in project management, business analysis, data analytics, or AI governance, such as PMP, CBAP, Agile, or related certifications.
