Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across legal marketing brands, including Avvo, FindLaw, SuperLawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Lawyers.com.
• Drive technical solutioning, capacity planning, dependency management, scheduling, delivery, issue resolution, and launch readiness.
• Use AI agents and LLM-based workflows to automate recurring program-management activities and improve decision quality.
• Make strategic scope, sequencing, resourcing, and priority trade-offs that require business and organizational judgment.
• Own stakeholder and executive communication covering progress, risks, health, and KPI movement.
• Shape the AI tooling roadmap, lead adoption, manage program knowledge, and design evaluations for accuracy, faithfulness, and drift.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project management experience at a technology company, including 3+ years leading software development programs with schedules and deadlines.
• Practical production experience with LLM-based agents or AI workflows, including design, prompting, and evaluation.
• Experience evaluating AI systems for accuracy, faithfulness, and drift, and using evaluation results to make quality decisions.
• Technical depth to review engineering proposals, discuss prompt and tooling strategies, and contribute to AI solution evaluations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs using agile methodologies and standard planning, roadmapping, and issue-tracking tools.
• BS/BA degree required, preferably in computer science or another technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI agents in production team workflows under an AI-first gating principle.
• Experience with structured knowledge extraction or retrieval-augmented systems.
• Experience driving adoption of tooling or processes across engineering teams.
• Scrum Master, Scaled Agilist, or PMP certification.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery in a large software organization.
