Lean Specialist (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Review and confirm the annual lean improvement plan.
• Provide diagnostic consulting and planning guidance for lean improvement projects.
• Guide project teams in executing continuous improvement activities.
• Track project progress, analyze anomalies, and drive solutions.
• Support the promotion and monitoring of company lean production improvement projects.
• Lead company-level lean evaluations and subsequent improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with lean production and continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to use value stream analysis to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Understanding of efficiency, quality, capacity enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ability to guide cross-functional project teams and monitor project outcomes.
• Ability to deliver lean production training and support a lean talent development system.
