What you will do

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) activities across the factory to eliminate waste and reduce costs.
• Coordinate and deliver LSS training programs including Lean Fundamentals, Yellow Belt, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Coach cross-functional teams in using tools like VSM, Line Balancing, and Poka-Yoke for project execution.
• Develop performance dashboards (KPIs) and track Kaizen activities for management systems.
• Collaborate with the Global ELSS team to implement best practices and align strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Continuous Improvement roles.
• Strong practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Proficient English (verbal, reading, and writing) for global reporting and collaboration.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hung Yen, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry (SMT/Assembly).
• Fluency in Chinese.
