Front Line Manager (Automotive)

Location: Gastonia, North Carolina, United States

Annual salary: $54,500–$95,500, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Complete a structured six-week development program for Service Operations leadership.
• Learn and support end-to-end production processes, including inventory management and cosmetic and mechanical repair.
• Execute store procedures and operational processes to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and achieve production goals.
• Prepare to manage associates and transition into a Flow Mechanical, Flow Cosmetic, Flow Supply, Inventory, or Service Manager role.
• Manage environmental, health, and safety activities, including inspections, hazardous waste disposal, workplace safety, and PPE.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and manage teams toward operational goals.
• Strong data interpretation and record-accuracy skills for process compliance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with common and proprietary software systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work indoors and outdoors, including in inclement weather; availability for nights, weekends, holidays, varied schedules, and occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of management experience.
