Human Resources Development Program - Summer 2027 Start (Human Resources)

Salary: $62,000–$93,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Complete four eight-month rotations across core HR disciplines in a 32-month development program.
• Support HR programs and services in areas including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging.
• Collaborate strategically with leaders and HR groups to diagnose needs and develop solutions.
• Build connections across the organization while developing leadership abilities through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders.
• Progress toward increased responsibilities and career growth after successful program completion.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related major.
• Senior standing preferred, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization required.
