North Chicago Plant HR Business Partner

Location: North Chicago Plant, United States; onsite role

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the HR function and employee well-being at the North Chicago manufacturing plant.
• Build autonomy and personal initiative within the HR team.
• Lead small projects and initiatives related to HR processes and policies.
• Use HR systems to deliver results through operational excellence.
• Identify business-building opportunities within the plant.
• Balance employee needs with business needs in collaboration with the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar HR business partner role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects.
• Work authorization in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
