Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Petaluma, California, or Corona, California, United States. Travel to divisions or conferences is required approximately 25% of the time.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with division leaders to develop operational HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits support, compensation coordination, and offboarding.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, talent development, retention, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Guide leaders on organizational capability, staffing approaches, employee development, and performance goals.
• Implement division-level changes, including policy standards, acquisition integration, process improvements, and HR technology initiatives.
• Partner with corporate HR and EHS on training, safety programs, workplace investigations, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including OSHA and federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced communication, interpersonal, critical-thinking, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience designing and implementing training, sourcing, and onboarding programs.
• Ability to work from Petaluma, CA or Corona, CA, and travel approximately 25% of the time.
