VP, Treasury - Payment Systems Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Stamford, Connecticut, United States; hybrid work with required commuting to the nearest hirify.global Hub for regular in-person meetings, training, and culture events.

Salary: $130,000–$210,000 USD gross annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Drive the vision, roadmap, objectives, and key results for the Payment Hub program.
• Own product expertise, feature prioritization, and program backlog delivery in alignment with enterprise goals.
• Document current and future-state end-to-end payment processes, define business requirements and acceptance criteria, and manage dependencies and risks.
• Research industry developments, conduct market analysis, and develop business cases for new products and components.
• Collaborate with scrum teams and partners across Operations, Technology, Accounting, Compliance, and Risk to remove blockers and align product strategy.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, quality standards, release planning, change management, and program status reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in payment systems, treasury, or product management.
• Experience leading software development projects and managing complex initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Strong Agile and product management experience, including backlog prioritization and acceptance criteria.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

• Experience with hirify.global payment products and processes, banking, credit cards, payment methods, or treasury systems.
• Experience improving quality, processes, business performance, and customer experience.
• Advanced problem-solving, communication, consensus-building, and stakeholder-influence skills.
