Senior Technical Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Base annual salary: $135,000–$160,000 USD, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in line with business goals.
• Lead product execution from vision through delivery and subsequent iteration.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and business functions to deliver new products and features.
• Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to define actionable requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and architectural discussions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and scope while reviewing data to improve existing features and build new ones.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product management.
• Proven success executing and delivering products and individual features.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects and navigating competing priorities.
• Ability to understand, summarize, and communicate complex technical architecture concepts.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment and evaluating technical limitations and trade-offs.
