FVP, Sr. Product Manager (Treasury Management)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 17.5% cash and 17.5% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and performance reporting for the Receivables product portfolio.
• Manage Cash Vault, Cash Deliveries, Lockbox, and Remote Deposit products, including vendor relationships, pricing, metrics, and P&L.
• Ensure product development meets regulatory, compliance, legal, and risk requirements in a regulated banking environment.
• Conduct market, competitive, and vendor research and support Sales and Operations with training and product information.
• Contribute to Virtual Account Management and Push to Card initiatives, including business cases, procurement, vendor scorecards, and SWOT analyses.
• Present product recommendations, reporting, and strategic initiative outcomes to senior and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years of Treasury Management Product experience with expertise in Receivables products such as Cash Vault, Lockbox, or Remote Deposit.
• Experience with vendor relationships, product P&L, and cross-functional product development in regulated banking.
• Strong strategic product thinking, roadmap ownership, data-driven decision-making, and management reporting skills.
• Experience collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work at the San Diego, California headquarters in the United States.
