Treasury Management Product Manager - Check & ACH Positive Pay, Fraud Prevention Solution (Fintech)

Location: Work from home in the United States; 75% travel to client offices, prospects, branches, and various functions is required.

Salary: $96,240.75–$150,995.00 per year, plus possible variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Research, design, develop, launch, and manage value-added treasury management products across the full product lifecycle.
• Own product roadmaps, metrics, performance reviews, business cases, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop product strategy by analyzing market dynamics, payment rails, customer needs, competition, financial impact, risk, and compliance.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, workflows, customer journey maps, and actionable delivery plans.
• Lead matrixed collaboration across technology, sales, marketing, operations, customer service, finance, risk, audit, HR, and compliance.
• Support product marketing, positioning, training, education, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field; equivalent banking experience may be considered.
• At least 4 years of experience researching, designing, developing, or delivering products in payments, banking, or fintech.
• Experience driving product strategy or sales and converting customer and business needs into roadmaps that deliver business results.
• Experience with digital product development, market research, competitive analysis, business cases, product requirements, workflows, and customer journey maps.
• Expertise in wholesale receivables and payables, treasury management applications, business cash flows, accounting processes, and financial optimization.
• Knowledge of UCC, Reg CC, Reg E, banking regulations, payment networks, and regulatory oversight, with strong communication, organization, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or postgraduate equivalent.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.
• Direct involvement with NACHA, The Clearing House, AFP, or external payment vendors.
