TL;DR
Product Manager (FinTech): Shaping and implementing payment product strategy across the full lifecycle with an accent on customer needs, product roadmaps, agile delivery, vendor integrations, and regulatory compliance. Focus on prioritizing backlogs, translating business requirements into deliverables, launching products, tracking KPIs, and optimizing performance with cross-functional teams.
Location: Hybrid, with onsite work 2 days per week at one of the Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro area locations. The role is associated with Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States, and occasional travel may be required.
Base salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and business cases.
- Conduct market research, identify customer needs, and monitor competitor strategies.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories.
- Partner with engineering and UX teams to turn requirements into high-quality deliverables.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, post-launch optimization, and KPI tracking.
- Lead go-to-market planning, pricing, enablement, stakeholder support, and vendor integration escalation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management and/or product ownership, preferably in payments or FinTech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with B2B2C models, multi-step distribution channels, and integration ecosystems.
- Experience in agile development, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, release management, and acceptance testing.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of FinTech trends, financial compliance requirements, and industry standards.
