Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology & Innovation (AI)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and optimization of the firm’s marketing technology stack.
• Evaluate and implement tools that improve marketing and business development operations.
• Plan and deliver AI and automation initiatives to accelerate response times, improve client experience, and identify business opportunities.
• Advance marketing automation, CMS integration, data governance, innovation pilots, and product launches.
• Upskill the Strategy & Marketing team and lead technical training and change management.
• Manage vendor partnerships and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least 7 years of marketing technology experience.
• Expertise in CRM, automation platforms, analytics, and system integration.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
