Strategy & Business Development Senior Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; listed location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $130,100–$216,800 annual salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Manage and execute supply chain initiatives associated with strategic accounts.
• Evaluate opportunities, assess impact, develop recommendations, and gain senior leadership support.
• Drive rebate alignment, formulary management, pharmacy network, and value-based solution strategies.
• Track financial performance, performance guarantees, and contract compliance.
• Partner cross-functionally to operationalize initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver growth objectives.
• Support account teams, client relations, value creation, and project management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare and pharmacy benefit management experience with supply chain knowledge.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work across conflicting stakeholder groups.
• Strong business, financial, analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with complex analysis, financial data evaluation, business operations, and program execution.
• For permanent or occasional home working, cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
